 Lone Star Cheer Authority provides virtual coaching, educational instruction, and performance feedback related to cheerleading tryout preparation, motions, jumps, spirit, performance quality, leadership, crowd engagement, interview preparation, and related cheerleading fundamentals.

Services do not include instruction, evaluation, spotting, supervision, or coaching related to stunting, tumbling, basket tosses, pyramids, partner stunts, lifts, inversions, or any other advanced skills requiring in-person supervision or spotting.

Clients agree not to perform stunting, tumbling, basket tosses, pyramids, partner stunts, lifts, inversions, or similar activities during virtual coaching sessions.

Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By participating in any lesson, consultation, video critique, or coaching service, the client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

Clients are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in any recommended activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a safe practice area with adequate space, appropriate footwear, and a surface suitable for participation. Lone Star Cheer Authority is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe conditions, equipment, surfaces, or surroundings. 

 Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any service. By booking a service for a minor, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have authority to consent on behalf of the participant and agrees to these Terms & Policies. 

 Cheerleading team placement, All-American selection, captain selection, awards, scholarships, rankings, and other outcomes are determined by third parties and cannot be guaranteed. Lone Star Cheer Authority makes no guarantee regarding any specific result, score, placement, or achievement. 

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions before submitting videos. By submitting videos, clients represent that they have the right to share such content for coaching and evaluation purposes.

Video critiques constitute educational opinions and recommendations only.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Lone Star Cheer Authority reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergency, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Completed coaching sessions and completed video critiques are non-refundable.

Refund requests for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star Cheer Authority, its owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, expense, or consequential damages arising from participation in any service, lesson, consultation, recommendation, or activity.

The client's sole remedy for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

 All website content, coaching materials, written feedback, videos, graphics, and educational resources are the property of Lone Star Cheer Authority and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. 

 Lone Star Cheer Authority reserves the right to modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
